The Arbosana olive is native to France, likes full sun and bears a small-medium sized fruit. These trees start producing olives after two years, and reach full fruiting in five years. The Arbosana is highly regarded for its robust flavor and is harvested green for table olives and black for oil production which is typically 19-20%.
